Counselling provides space and support to explore things that are affecting your life such as relationships; problems at work; grief and loss; trauma; depression, anxiety, stress and other challenges.

Whatever your situation, I will help you to clarify things; release what may be holding you back; build on your strengths; understand yourself and others better and make positive and confident choices for the future.

To get the most from counselling, you will need to commit to an initial period of regular hour-long sessions, usually weekly.  I offer short-term counselling and long-term therapy, depending on your needs and what is most appropriate.

As an integrative therapist, I apply my knowledge of a range of theoretical approaches to suit the individual relationship.  My work is chiefly influenced by humanistic, psychodynamic, existential and systemic thinking.

I offer a free telephone conversation (up to 15 minutes) to establish whether I can help.  We then arrange an initial consultation during which we will decide whether to work together. I work in a convenient location in central Bristol (Hotwells).
